Town Switch Divisions

Following the withdrawal of Abingdon Town from Division 2 South, Woodstock were approached by Hellenic League officials to switch from North to South to preserve the integrity of the league.

After consultation, the committee decided to accept the proposal and the club will now being playing next season in Hellenic League 2 South where they will be facing some familiar clubs but also some new ones. This means more travelling for the squad but the club remains confident that it can make a good account of itself despite the challenges and increased pressure this unanticipated switch presents.
