Both teams are in action this weekend with the 1st team travelling to Banbury United Development in the Hellenic League Division 2 North and the Development Team at home to local rivals Freeland Reserves in Division 1 of the Oxfordshire Senior League.
Both sides look to have full and competitive squads available to them.
Juan and Tom Molloy are unavailable for the game against Banbury but Jacob Haynes returns to the reckoning along with Patryk Wartalski and new signing Josh Cox.
Matty Pike will be looking to mastermind back to back league wins against a young and competitive Banbury side who’s results haven’t been reflective of their play having faced two of the sides expected to be there or there abouts come the end of the season. Banbury manager Ben Sadler also comes up against his former club where he spent time as a player.
Woodstock will be playing in their third kit of blue and white hoops, blue shorts and blue stockings.
Kick off at The Spencer Stadium is 3pm. Entry is £3 for adults and £1 for under 19’s.
The Development Team take on local rivals Freeland Reserves in the first local derby of the season on the opening weekend.
Callum Oliver has a number of faces unavailable but is still able to field a strong squad of 16.
Karl Grossman is expected to make his full debut in goal. Jack Welford is now fully fit and will captain the side.
Kick off at New Road is 2.30 and entry is free. There will be hot food available and the bar will be open throughout
